Our survey takes minutes. This is an occasion to tell us your trip’s objectives and review your preferences and budget. Once you have completed it, we set to work on a no-obligation proposal. This is detailed and specific and begins our conversation.
We review and price our travel planning services.
Step 2
We shape and refine your trip
If you would like to proceed, we move quickly. If you request our Comprehensive Travel Planning service, we will schedule a substantive conversation.
We shape and refine your itinerary, and, working closely with you, book special accommodations that we have hand-picked and most often stayed in several times ourselves. These are private villas, converted monasteries, boutique hotels, Renaissance palazzi, restored farmhouses, 18th-century palaces, wine and olive oil estates, and much more; nearly all are five or four-star category. Most are owner-managed. Every one shall offer a warm personal welcome.
Step 3
Defining your custom requests
Education is at the heart of our service. For travelers who request private guides, classes and behind-the-scenes visits, we coordinate exceptional educational experiences.
For those requesting planning that goes beyond Accommodation Planning, we develop an Insider’s Summary, a unique document that becomes richer and fuller in the weeks and months as we add Itineraries and Restaurant Planning. Invaluable is Transportation Planning covering your entire trip from the moment of your arrival through your departure.

Your Plan
We present your Plan as a beautiful document that can be printed and used electronically, a bible that clients typically cherish long after their trip is completed.
