Meet Marjorie
Insider’s Italy is an experienced family business that draws on my family’s four generations of life in Italy.
My American grandparents arrived in 1919, immediately learned Italian, began to travel and embarked on what would become a family love affair with Italy.
My grandparents were of an age when travel was unhurried, and they taught their Rome-born children to travel with curiosity, appreciation and care.
I too was born in Rome, as was my daughter. My grandparents’ and parents’ lessons of how to travel well was passed naturally to me. The majority of my life has been spent Italy, and much of it has been traveling here.
I personally plan your travels. It is my great joy to share with you my family’s hundred-year-plus archive of Italian delights, discoveries and special friends.
