We book Accommodations, plan detailed customized daily Itineraries, coordinate every element of Transportation (including seat bookings on every train), reserve dinner tables for every night, sharing our detailed archive of restaurant reviews and culinary discoveries (markets, food artisans, cafes, pastry stores, gelaterie…)
Your Plan includes an all-pleasure summary for every day. Expect thoughtful, tailored Itineraries, with five to fifteen pages of materials for every day.
We include telephone consultations throughout the planning process. While in Italy, travelers have free access to our round-the-clock Insider’s Italy Hotline and obtain immediate answers to all questions large or small. We are by your side, and on your time zone.
The fee for Comprehensive Planning is typically $4500 for 10 to 14 days of Planning.
