Accommodation Planning is a thoughtful consultation on how to best organize travels: choosing bases and accommodations.
We personally undertake every hotel reservation for you at our Insider’s Italy preferred accommodation and do so with our signature care. (Accommodation costs separate.)
Ideal for last-minute travelers and for those who wish to fully coordinate all their own itineraries, touring and dining plans.
Accommodation Planning is priced at our minimum fee of $2000 (more for trips longer than 10 to 14 days or exceeding four bases).
